Crisis Media Management:
The Young Sanford Agency is experienced in managing media crises and relationships. This year, a local educational institution was struggling with fiscal issues that threatened its reputation with constituents. The Young Sanford Agency worked with senior managers to develop strategies and strategic messages to donors, alumni and other constituent audiences. News releases were produced and distributed, press conferences were planned and held, follow-up meetings were held with reporters, and one-to-one interviews were planned and arranged. The agency also assisted this client in preparing and presenting messages for its web site.
Focus Groups:
A regional Museum is attempting to reinvent itself to find new audiences and to bring its obsolete offerings into the 21st Century! The Young Sanford Agency planned, recruited and presented a series of four focus group sessions with various audiences who offered valuable information that was used in decision making and further planning of museum offerings. Transcripts were made available to this client, along with compiled data and quick summaries for easy use.
Live Interviews:
For the past three years, this client has produced a televised telethon featuring testimonials from individuals who have experienced their services. The Young Sanford Agency traveled to rural and metropolitan locations in three states to interview various individuals, worked with videographers to edit and to produce four to five-minute vignettes for airing within the Telethon. In addition, the Young Sanford Agency also provides editorial support for all of this client's newsletters, brochures, capabilities pieces and more!
Special Events:
Every year, this medical client seeks Young Sanfordís assistance in planning a theme and campaign for its annual employee giving effort. For the past three years, we have worked with team leaders to develop ideas that demonstrate team spirit and community concern. Campaigns have received overwhelming employee participation and resulted in increased donations from under $100,000 to approximately $140,000. You wonít find any boring pleas for renewal of annual gifts here. Instead, you find employees clamoring to make their donations at fun and festive events with entertainment. The excitement has been infectious! The campaigns have been overwhelmingly successful!
Outreach and Public Relations:
For the second year, this client has needed assistance in reaching the senior adult market. Young Sanford has assisted this client in developing valuable ongoing relationships with the faith community in three states, which has helped this client in achieving its marketing goals.
